Because cosmetic powders, creams, and liquids come into direct contact with the face, maintaining strict hygienic protocols is essential to safeguarding our customers' skin health and safety.

1.1 The 30-Day Return Eligibility Period

We offer a 30-day return policy window. You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the logistics carrier to request a return authorization. Requests submitted after 30 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or item exchange.

1.2 Hygiene Rules & Condition Requirements

To qualify for a valid return and refund, cosmetic items must satisfy the following criteria without exception:

  • Unopened & Unswatched: The outer protective shrink wrap, safety seal, and tamper-evident sticker on blush compacts, contour palettes, and highlighter pumps must remain completely intact and unviolated.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with mirror protective films, shade sleeves, and protective inserts.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original purchase receipt or order confirmation sent from [email protected] must accompany the return request.

Cosmetic Hygiene Notice: Once a compact lid is opened, a highlighter mirror guard removed, or a contour pan swatched, the item becomes strictly non-returnable due to health and microbiological safety regulations, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

1.3 Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return stems from a picking error or a damaged product delivered by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

1.4 Inspection & Refund Issuance

Upon receipt at our UK facility, returned cosmetics are inspected within 3 to 5 business days. Upon verification and approval, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing intervals).

1.5 Damaged, Shattered, or Incorrect Deliveries

If a pressed powder blush or contour pan arrives shattered, a liquid highlighter bottle leaks, or an incorrect shade is delivered due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos/videos. We will promptly arrange a free replacement shipment or full refund.
